I like the peak, it is great... although it was a really long walk:), around 18 km in one direction.

Ruen Peak is the highest peak (2,251 m) in Kyustendil District. It is located in the territory of Bulgaria. It is among the Hundred tourist sites in Bulgaria. To the summit can be reached in different marked routes - from The Osogovo hut (3:30 hours), and The Trite Buki hut (also 3:30 hours). The path to the top is almost even and there are no steep climbs.
