Bliznaka Lake (The Twin Lake) has the largest area of all Seven Rila Lakes. It is located north of Vazov Peak and 2243 m above sea level. The maximum depth is 27.5 m. In depth, it ranks third after Okoto Lake (The Eye) and Babreka Lake (The Kidney). The Seven Rila Lakes (Bulgarian: Седем рилски езера) are a group of glacial lakes, situated in the northwestern Rila Mountains in Bulgaria. They are the most visited group of lakes in Bulgaria. The lakes are situated between 2100 and 2500 m elevation above sea level.
